VERAUFI was established in 2018 to bring quality and service to the construction, medical, government and commercial building industries in our area and beyond. I personally started in the construction industry in 1999 and in 2008 began my career in Test and Balance. In the Test and Balance field I have found my calling which drives me to excellence. Veraufi LLC is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) and TRANE (APPRUV) Certified Firm in TAB. 25 Years in construction and 15 years Test and Balance to date. Served in the United States Marine Corps from 1999-2003. Certified OSHA 30 Hour, CPR and AED certified. Certified Professional of Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing in the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB). Certified Professional in Building Enclosure Testing, and Sound and Vibration Testing by NEBB. Certified Thermographer. Air Barrier Association of America Certified Auditor/Whole Building Airtightness Testing. After work enjoys USPSA competitive shooting, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family.

Charles Leisy
Charlie joined the team full time in 2021 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Auburn University at Montgomery. Charlie has worked on many projects including the Football Performance Center at Auburn University, East Alabama Medical Center Airflow Certification, and the 75th Ranger Headquarters in Fort Benning Ga. Charlie enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

Mason Hill
Mason joined Veraufi LLC in 2022 as a full time technician. Mason graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Agriculture Business and Economics. Mason has completed multiple large projects including the F-35 Simulator Facility, F-35 Hangar 1, Maxwell AFB Bldg 501, and the Alabama State Capitol HVAC Upgrades. Mason enjoys hunting, fishing, raising cattle, and spending time with family and friends.

William Parker Sasser
Parker joined the team in 2024 as a technician. With a degree in Business Administration from Huntingdon College, Parker is quickly learning what it takes to ensure a building operates at peak efficiency and comfort. Parker worked in the Leak Detection Field, Interstate Construction, and Law Enforcement prior to joining the team. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Tim Davis-Independent
Testing Consultants-
President of Independent Testing Consultants, Tim has been working in Test and Balance and Building Commissioning for 28 years combined experience. Tim has helped us with numerous projects, and has been crucial to our Auburn University Covid-19 study work. Tim specializes in troubleshooting complex problems and finding solutions with HVAC and buildings. Tim can be found shooting, camping, and makes custom camping/outdoor gear to a specialized community in his free time.
